About the rafting trip

Upon arrival at Adventure Norway, you will receive information and a safety briefing about the trip and will be assigned equipment. Once you have changed into a wetsuit, we take our minibus to the starting point for the rafting. Here we go through the safety routines for the trip on the river. Divided into the 6 kilometers, we force different rapids of varying degrees (2/3) before we arrive at Adventure Norway's base on Hesså.  This river is perfect for beginners, at the same time it is exciting enough to make the rafting experience fun, challenging and eventful at all levels.​​​​

What do I get?

Of the equipment for the rafting trip, we supplement wetsuits, jackets and safety equipment such as life jackets and helmets.

Bring swimwear,  a towel.
